Agriculture and Rural Development Vision

Hon. Namara Dennis believes that agriculture is the backbone of the economy and an important source of income for many families. He is committed to supporting farmers and promoting agricultural development to improve livelihoods and strengthen food security.

With experience in law, governance, and regional development, Hon. Namara Dennis supports practical solutions that help farmers increase production, access better markets, and earn higher incomes. He believes that agriculture should create opportunities for young people, women, and rural communities.

He supports investment in modern farming methods, irrigation, agricultural research, storage facilities, and access to affordable financing for farmers. He also encourages value addition and agro-processing to increase the value of agricultural products and create jobs. Hon. Namara Dennis is committed to promoting an agricultural sector that is:

Agriculture Support

Hon Namara Dennis supports agriculture in Buyaga West County. He is a farmer employing over 1,000 workers and promotes modern farming. He has donated 150,000 coffee seedlings, helping farmers earn income, improve food security, and build better lives through farming and agricultural development.

Education Support

Hon Namara Dennis supports education for poor children in Buyaga West County. He has sponsored over 500 students, giving them access to schools, hope, and better futures. His work helps families, reduces poverty, and creates future leaders in communities through education support and opportunity.

Roads and Infrastructure Support

Hon Namara Dennis improved roads in Buyaga West County, building over 260 community roads. He connected villages, improved access to schools, hospitals, and markets, and supported farmers and businesses. His leadership focuses on infrastructure, development, and improving daily life for local communities.

Namara Village Savings Group

Hon Namara Dennis started village savings groups in all 211 villages in Buyaga West County. These groups help people save money, access small loans, support businesses, empower women and youth, and improve financial discipline, unity, and economic growth in rural communities.
